- A two-day Masterclass with a mixture of didactic teaching as well as hands on practical’s on pig jaws.
- Like-minded people learning massively from an internationally renowned speaker
- SAC Classification – Complex
The Daniele Cardaropoli world-class masterclass at the Campbell Academy is designed to provide detailed information and instruction on the use of soft tissue augmentation in implant dentistry (and other disciplines).
Daniele will explore the techniques and indications for the use of such grafts in implant surgery using both autograft material from a patient with connective tissue grafting and free epithelial grafting and also synthetic product grafting using Geistlich’s products, Fibro-Gide and Mucograft. Soft tissue grafting has become one of the most important developing areas of work for the implant dentist in practice, and understanding when to use it and how to use it will be one of the greatest skills moving forward to set clinicians apart from the clinicians who do not understand this essential area of work.
We will use lecture-based material, clinical cases, full explanations, and practical exercises based around a pig head model with extraordinary soft tissue instrumentation. Exploring these areas will allow delegates to leave the course with the confidence to diagnose, plan and implement soft tissue grafting to provide considerable benefits to the patient group and massive value to the treatment they provide.
This course is unlike any other we have seen regarding soft tissue management. It gives full and uninterrupted access to a world-class clinician in a small-group teaching environment. If you are interested in improving the soft tissue outcomes in your implant surgery cases, there may be no better course you could consider.
Course Aims & Objectives:
- A clear understanding of the importance of soft tissue management and the outcomes of implant dentistry.
- Understand that soft tissue management is essential for the short- and long-term success of implant restorations.
- Understand that soft tissue management is crucial for achieving aesthetic results.
- Be able to assess patients for their requirements for soft tissue management.
- Clearly understand, both technically and practically, the application of free gingival grafts from the patient’s own (autogenous) roots and connective tissue grafts from the patient’s own (or close) roots.
- Clearly understand the technical and practical application of free gingival grafts (allograft alternative, Mucograft) and connective tissue grafts (allograft alternative, Fibro Gide).
- Delegates will understand the advantages and disadvantages of using the patient’s own and synthetic material in different outcomes and how to gain the best results.
- Moving forward with soft tissue management and then below that, soft tissue management has become one of the biggest talking points in implant dentistry in recent years.
- This world-class master class will equip any clinician at any level with a clear understanding of how to move forward with soft tissue management.
GDC CPD outcome:
- A (Effective communication with patients, the dental team and others across dentistry, including when obtaining consent, dealing with complaints, and raising concerns when patients are at risk.)
- B (Effective management of self and effective management of others or effective work with others in the dental team, in the interests of patients providing constructive leadership where appropriate.)
- C (Maintenance and development of your knowledge and skills within your field(s) of practice)
- D (Maintenance of skills, behaviours and attitudes which maintain patient confidence in your and the dental professions and put patients’ interests first.)

The Full Arch Live Skills course aims to give experienced implant clinicians the knowledge and practical skills for immediate full arch reconstruction, allowing them to begin introducing this into their practice.
Immediate Full Arch Loading is one of the most sought-after treatments in the UK. Unfortunately, some companies and clinics have used this treatment as a straightforward one-size-fits-all treatment. This has led to problems and complications.
Make no mistake: full arch implant reconstruction is complex but can be extremely rewarding if carefully executed.
Running in the same style as our other live skills courses, the Full Arch Implant Live Skills course will give experienced implant surgeons training in all aspects of immediate full arch loading.
Syllabus Highlights
- From planning to surgery, the provisional restoration, and the final reconstruction, we will look at how this treatment can be carried out carefully and predictably on the RIGHT patients.
- During our three-day course, there will be a mix of theory and practical learning.
- On day three, a live surgical demonstration will be carried out at The Campbell Clinic using our audiovisual setup.
- This allows you to watch live IFAL surgery being carried out in an environment where you can ask questions and discuss the case as the surgery proceeds.
Course Aims & Objectives
Following the course, delegates who attend will understand and have achieved competency in the:
- Treatment planning for the full arch implant patient
- Options available for replacing full arch dentition
- Specific treatment planning for Immediate Full Arch Loading Patients
- Surgical planning and treatment of the IFAL patient
- Immediate provisionalisation of the IFAL patient
- Technical aspects of provisional full arch bridgework
- Prosthetic and Technical parts of the final full arch bridge provision
- How does IFAL fit in with other full arch implant restorative options
GDC CPD outcomes:
- A (Effective communication with patients, the dental team and others across dentistry, including when obtaining consent, dealing with complaints, and raising concerns when patients are at risk.)
- B (Effective management of self and effective management of others or effective work with others in the dental team, in the interests of patients providing constructive leadership where appropriate.)

The Campbell AcademyThe facility is eye-opening – it’s just a fantastic space, really light and bright. It’s going to be such a great space for delegates to come and learn, for delegates to bring their patients, but also for Colin and his team to provide wonderful dentistry. It’s an outstanding facility.
Dr Dominic Shaw
The Campbell AcademyI would definitely recommend the academy. I think the style of teaching is fantastic. It makes it easy and provides systems and processes for your own practice that you can take away with you, so I would definitely recommend it…It has taken me through the process from a complete beginner to trying to do more advanced cases in my own practice.
Dr Sanaa Kadar
The Campbell AcademyI placed two implants in two separate patients that came up with me – the mentoring was fantastic in that they just let you go at your own pace and step in when needed. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone who’s new to dental implants, as it is a great starting point in getting the technical, planning and ethics sides right.
