Over the course of five days, The Campbell Academy will deliver a comprehensive program discussing and explaining the skills required to run a successful, modern, independent dental practice.

Developed by Colin Campbell and his team, this course delves into the insights gained over the 10-year journey of evolving The Campbell Clinic from a turnover of £250,000 to establishing a £5,000,000 turnover practice. Colin and his team will share their knowledge and experience through a structured and practical 5-day learning journey that can be applied in your daily practice from the following week, translating theory into immediate results.

Upon completing the week, you will have created your bespoke business plan that will serve as a roadmap for driving your business forward. This will be created using a pre-produced, pre-delivered workbook that we will provide you with.

The Dental Entrepreneurial Bootcamp is for those committed to taking their dental practice to the next level. Your objective does not have to be specifically centred on increasing turnover or acquiring more patients; it could be aimed at optimising your financial perspective to boost profitability or enhance your peace of mind. Your goal might be self-improvement as a leader, refining HR practices within your practice, or establishing more effective structures and systems for an improved quality of life, increased work enjoyment, or a better work/life balance.

While the course comprehensively covers key business areas, the core objective is to guide you in implementing superior systems, drawing from our teachings as well as the collective knowledge of the other attendees.   • Vision Setting: set up the future vision for your business whilst also explore how you can create a strategy to achieve that vision.
  • Finance: This module provides attendees with tools and knowledge to make well-informed financial decisions, contributing to their business’s long-term success. It is centered around The Campbell Clinic’s financial dashboard which all participants will receive a copy of.
  • Marketing: This module draws on proven tactics from The Campbell Academy and The Campbell Clinic where participants will gain an understanding of how to build effective marketing campaigns in order to enhance your brand, attract new patients and ultimately fill your sales pipeline.
  • Sales: This module looks at how best to build your Customer Relationship Management system. Topics to be discussed across this module include how to price, the role of the Treatment Coordinator (TCO) and the necessary skills and strategies to effectively convert leads into customers.
  • HR and Leadership: This module aims to firstly equip delegates with the necessary tools and strategies to optimise human resources within their organisation, and secondly, enhance your leadership capabilities in order to help you navigate the complexities of leading a modern dental business.
  • Strategy: Delegates will gain the skills and knowledge needed to create a robust strategic plan that drives constant improvement and sustainable growth. This culminates in the production of a comprehensive business plan, which delegates will present on the final day of the course.
