Aims & Objectives:
The aim of the course is to enable dentists to develop knowledge and understanding of restorative and implant dentistry.
The course enables the learner to progress their knowledge of the fundamentals of implant dentistry, to understanding the principles of restoration in implant dentistry.
The course is delivered through four units:
- The first unit focusses on the basics of restorative and implant dentistry
- The second unit focuses on more advanced implant surgery techniques including multi-unit implants and restorative procedures
- Unit 3 will include complex implant surgery
- Unit 4 includes complex implant restorative

- This course meets the criteria for the GDC’s development outcome A,B,C & D
