Course Description

We are excited to announce our next YITI Educational Day. This event provides a deep dive into the clinical and scientific foundations of alveolar ridge preservation (ARP) and atraumatic extraction techniques — critical skills in maintaining ridge dimensions for future implant placement. Through lectures, case-based discussions, and a hands-on workshop, delegates will gain confidence in selecting appropriate techniques and materials for different clinical scenarios.

  • Become familiar with the evidence-based background supporting alveolar ridge preservation techniques

  • Recognise clinical indications for ridge preservation and when intervention is appropriate
  • Explore the range of materials and approaches available for alveolar ridge preservation
  • Understand how these principals can be applied in general practice to support future implant or prosthetic planning
