Dr. Christiane Marinc
Christiane has a doctorate in Biology and has worked at botiss for 10 years. She completed her PhD thesis at the Charité – University Hospital of Berlin, Germany.
Christiane will be providing seminar teaching on a range of commercial biomaterials relevant to dental implants.
Her work was focused on the histological examination of the rat brain. During her time as a Research Associate at the Department of Anatomy at the Charité she was also teaching anatomical and histological courses for medical students. She obtained her doctorate in Natural science in 2011 and in the same year joined Botiss biomaterials as a scientific product manager.
Since 2014 she is head of the Department of Product Management. Her main area of responsibility is the clinical documentation including preparation of clinical evaluation reports as well as management and processing of studies and clinical case reports, the preparation of scientific marketing brochures and the execution of product training and educational events. She is the Safety Officer for Medical Devices and since May 2021 the Person Responsible for Regulatory Issues and therefore highly involved in all aspects related to product safety and post-market surveillance activities.
