Claudia qualified from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 2001 (with distinction).
After working in general practice for a year and spending two years as a senior house officer at Bristol dental hospital she was accepted for specialist training at the Royal London Hospital.
After Five years as a specialist registrar, she was appointed as a consultant in Restorative Dentistry at the Royal London Hospital, where she is still an active NHS consultant.

She is also now the departments clinical lead.
She also teaches Implantology to postgraduate students at Barts and The London Hospital.

She achieved her MSc in Periodontology (with distinction) in 2008 and so is now a GDC accredited specialist in both Restorative dentistry (saving and replacing missing teeth) and periodontology (treatment of gum disease).
