Dr Kasim Butt

Kasim has a passion for relieving pain and treating infection through root canal treatment (endodontics). He takes pride in providing pain-free care in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and accepts referrals from other dentists for challenging root canal treatment cases.

Kasim qualified from the University of Bristol with Distinction. Upon graduation he was awarded the British Dental Association Medal for the Best Dental Student in the Clinical and Practical aspects of dental practice.

Since qualification, he has pursued a career in specialist care and has gained varied experience working with specialist consultants in three dental hospitals across the country.

He successfully passed the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties examination and the Membership in Endodontics examination with the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2017 and 2023, respectively. He has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education.

Outside of dentistry, Kasim enjoys whizzing around Sheffield on his Brompton folding bike as well as exploring the magic of Yorkshire with his wife and baby son.
