Matt Perkins

An award-winning specialist in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, Matt has a keen interest in cutting-edge developments.

Matt is the Clinical Director of MODUS as well as a director of practicalperio.org, which provides dental education to the whole dental team. He lectures nationally and internationally on all aspects of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry.

In 2014, Matt was elected to Fellowship of the International Team for Implantology, a network of 650 elected professionals worldwide who promote implant dentistry by research, education and development (approximately 60 people in this network are from the UK).

He is a registered implant mentor for the ITI, Straumann and the Association of Dental Implantology. He also works closely with the British Society of Periodontology and was appointed the UK’s Ambassador to the European Federation on Periodontology for Europerio 8 in 2015.
